I do not recommend!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with. We bought a Sealy matress in August 2021. My partner called the Bed Center to let them know in April that the matress is faulty, and we never got any feedback and also never followed up. In September 2024, I phoned them again as I am currently pregnant and have been sleeping in the spare room since the beginning of September as a spring pierced through the matress, and the matress is extremely uneven. This was an extra firm matress, and that was our original complaint to the bed center in April. They send out an assessor that confirmed the matress is faulty. There was 3 small faint stains which they want to charge a R2250 penalty which makes you wonder if they sell faulty matresses back to the public as it needs to be cleaned then they also want to charge us a warranty penalty of R3119 as it was a month after the 3 year warranty. If this was dealt with when we first put in the complaint, we wouldn't have been in this mess.

I've received the WORSE SERVICE ever from The Bravo Group in Epping, Cape Town. Purchased two mattress yesterday and collected it today, noting its only a collection. The security at the gate gave us so much grief, we explained we only collecting hence we contacted Fabian yesterday and told him we collecting today. He told us everything was fine, we can ask for him at the security gate and bring along our proof of purchase. When we got to the gate, the security was EXTREMELY RUDE, we contacted the reception who firstly said we need to explain to them we only collecting then when we called back wanted us to listen to her first. They refuse to let us through and we had to wait along with everyone, it’s understandable that there is only one person available to assist but surely this isn’t the customers fault? We waited for about 45 minutes before going to reception and speaking to Charnelle who questioned that fact that she doesn’t recall seeing us there before after we told her we have bought numerous mattresses there, which we have? Indirectly stating we are lying. After waiting and receiving our mattresses, there is construction happening at the building, firstly our bakkie has tar and chip marks all over it after being told to drive through road where they working and secondly there are cones in the driveway, I had to get out of bakkie and remove it for us to come pass, when we got to the gate the same security is questioning us who is meant to put it back? If you see a customer approaching, isn’t it your responsibility as staff to remove that cone and place it back when the customer has passed? It seems as if NO ONE has gone for customer service training from the security to the reception staff who is the face of the company, no one apologized for any inconvenience or wanted to resolve the problem. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING THERE, yes they cheaper than the actual store but receive this type of service.

I would like to share my horrible experience dealing with the bravo group I purchased a king size bed from them in october 2018 by december 2019 the springs on the bed started making noises and the bed eventually went uneven . I tried a number of times to contact them with my problem however got no response . Eventually in 2020 someone from customer care contacted me , they sent out an expert to come test the bed. Upon arrival the man brought with him ***** to test each side of the bed he eventually ruled that there was a fault with the bed and said that it was a factory fault. The bravo group then replaced the mattress only with a brand new one however I had to pay a fee of R650 since the bed comes with a 1 year warranty and a 9 year guarantee so since the one year was up I paid the R650 to recieve my new mattress . The mattress arrive last year june 2020. This year july the mattress started giving issues again and I have been experiencing back pains because of the mattress, called the bravo group again and was advised that I should send pictures of the bed because they no longer send out experts because of covid. Took the pictures and sent it to them with no response . This morning I woke up with extreme back pains so I decided to call them myself , the friendly lady who assisted me at customer care advise that in the pictures I have sent she can see that the bed is now sinking. Her advise to me was that I should choose another mattress to replace this one. And I would have to pay another R650 . My question to the bravo group is this , are you guys selling factory fault mattress that every year the mattress will give up and it will need to be replaced ? I bought a king size Sealy bed from you guys which was quite expensive and I didnt know that I'm now stuck with factory fault mattress where every year the bed is going to give me a problem and il need to replace it and pay R650 each year. If I knew this was going to be the case I would have gone and bought my Bed from a much more reputable place . My husband has gone for a major spine operation in 2017 and when buying from the bravo group we thought that they beds were of excellent service and quality but unfortunately not. My advise to anyone looking to purchase a bed from the bravo group please dont this will be the challenge you will be faced with every year . When I replace this mattress it will be the 3rd one and I'm sure next year il have the same problem and will need to replace it again. Trust me it's not worth it buying from this company rather take your money and buy from a place more reputable than this one .

A big compliment to Dawn at Bravo Group. She never rests. Evenings or weekends, she is always answering her e-mails. When she says she will do something, then she does. Thanks for the great service you gave me on the sheets for Mozambique. I will definitely use you and your company again. I am waiting to see what is on the list for #BlackFriday specials.

My first attempt to buy my own new mattress turned into a nightmare. We bought a Boston Sealy mattress and had it returned after my husband and myself had major backaches and after we spent our vacation on another bed without any back pain and having peaceful sleep. It was confirmed that it was faulty and were bought a new mattress (same spec). After 3 months, I reported that we still have the same problem and not sleeping well at all. We were invited by a Bravo agent (Devika) to go to Sealy head office where they will test us and then assist with prescribing the correct and suitable mattress for us. Drove all the way to Johannesburg. When we got there we were assisted by Benjamin but he informed us that we could not go for testing. We just had to test the mattresses again by laying in them. No guidance were provided and we were not 100% sure which is actually correct for our weights and postures. We chose our mattress based on feel and paid in as it was a much more "expensive" range. Got the mattress and it already seemed to look better. It is now 3 months AGAIN and both of us having backaches once again. Reported it to Benjamin once again. We have paid way over R12k by now. I feel I have spent so much money and it is not worth it. I have addressed this issue so many times and nothing is being done. I have requested a refund which was also turned away and was advised that he will get back to me. He also did not do this. I lost over R12k and they just don't give a damn. It is very unpleasant getting up each day with a back pain and have to drink pain****ers to get it to pass. This is not what I imagine a bed should make you feel like. I have 3 kids and battle to sleep properly. I will never trust this brand and will also ensure all the people I know will be informed about my terrible experience.
