POOR SERVICE AND NO COMMUNICATION

I placed an order for hair on the 26th of June .To date I have not received my hair after being told it would take 3 days max.I have had no feedback and have sent numerous messages .The business makes whatsapp statuses advertising but they do respond to my messages .this would be my 3rd purchase from them and I'm mortified at the service I'm receiving .I have also referred people to them and have had the same disgraceful feedback and I even brought it to their attention.They were quick to respond when I needed to make the payment though
