You planted a pole in my moms yard WITHOUT PERMISSION. We have been struggling for over 2 years to get it removed and Herotel is ignoring messages. You yourself confirmed there is no signed paperwork. You went into her yard when my gran was home alone. My gran was bedridden so could not check what was happening in the yard. Now what is your solution? What a joke blocking me from private messaging you on facebook. POLE WAS PLANTED *******LY !! I DONT CARE HOW MANY PEOPLE IS CONNECTED, YOU BROKE THE LAW BY TRESSPASSING. YOU WILL REMOVE THAT POLE BEFORE MONTH END. NO MORE MRS NICE PERSON, NEXT STEP IS SAPS CHARGES

Besides having intermitted internet most of the time, I had no internet connection after a thunder storm and phoned to log a call. I had no call back to arrange for a technician to come out to the site. After the seventh call and two weeks without internet I made contact with a technician who previously installed my hardware and he then arranged for someone to call me back. This is extremely bad service.

It has been a month now since I first phoned and got my reference number. Still a no show!!! ANd wen I call now I get transferd and then the person on the other end hangs up on me. Very poor service! Will never recommend to anyone!!!!

VERY poor service. I struggled for a month to get them to come out and give us a quote to move our telephone base and fix the internet they messed up with. At last they showed up after we contacted one of their managers. Thereafter we received the quote, paid it and sent them the proof of payment. Now struggling again after contacting them six times just to get them to answer me on when they will come out to move the phone base. Will not recommend them to anyone!

VERY poor service. I struggled for a month to get them to come out and give us a quote to move our telephone base and fix the internet they messed up with. At last they showed up after we contacted one of their managers. Thereafter we received the quote, paid it and sent them the proof of payment. our line has been suspended and then paid up. now they are saying that we need to pay an extra months service that we did not use. I asked in my initial message, what is the full amount going to be but they only gave the amount owed which was plus minus 900r. So now they are going to suspend again....they did not load the debit order, who's mistake is that? now my kids have to be without internet, because of their terms and conditions, that was not explained initially.

Be careful doing business with a company that is not transparent and quick to take your money for no service delivery. Unless you're a big corporate with deep pockets to keep the bosses in luxury, their service is non existent, u can't reach them, they don't keep appointments, impossible to reach, and surprise surprise where are the actual customer reviews.

Be careful doing business with a company that is not transparent and quick to take your money for no service delivery. Unless you're a big corporate with deep pockets to keep the bosses in luxury, their service is non existent, u can't reach them, they don't keep appointments, impossible to reach, and surprise surprise where are the actual customer reviews.

I am really struggling with Herotel Breedenet. Today I phoned them 15 times and everytime the telephone was cut off. I had no internet connection and really needed it today. I wasted my time on the telephone trying to get back online. I did eventually get back on line but the speed is terrible and tonight the speed is so slow I cannot even do a speed test. Please can you guy’s please do something on your side to help you customers. Your speed really is not what we signed up for.
