I ordered and paid for a product from Brewcraft online shop a month ago. Brewcraft was quick to respond to inform me that the product I purchased is not available but if I pay more I can get a similar product. I asked for a refund and provided my bank details. I was informed that their accounts department only do refunds at the end of the month and in the middle of the month. We’ve now had an end and middle of the month and I have still not received a refund and it seems my emails are now ignored. I sent a website message Today and was informed that they will refund at the end of the month - I will probably not get my money back, but can at least try to warn other people !!
