Do not stick to delivery arrangements!!

Ordered and paid for building materials to be delivered two days later. Asked for the materials to be delivered in the morning. i was told the load from the quarry cannot be guaranteed as they have no control but would ask for the load to be delivered early. However i was told the rest of the materials that were coming form their yard would be delivered early Thursday and may even get some of it on Wednesday. By 1pm on Thursday there was no sign of any materials. I called the office and Jacques was not available and was on lunch. I was told to speak to Nelaam who began to tell me these guys should not promise times as he is the one who organizes everything. There was no apology offered just excuses about promises that should not be made. These internal issues should not be a customers problem at all. I had paid for a service and they were not interested on delivering on their promises. They eventually called to say both they and the quarry had breakdowns and would not be delivering at all. I then asked for the delivery cost to be refunded to recover some of the money lost on staff waiting around all day. I was told this would not happen by the owner who showed zero customer service
