Please help me remove bridge Debt on my credit profile

I have have a very serious problem with Bridge Dept (Pty) Ltd,I paid them the money that I owed them,but they still appear on my credit score saying I owe them, I don't owe them anything, all I want is for them to delete me on their data and be removed on my credit score
