Need for speed
The website is very user friendly. Once I had made an enquiry I was contacted timeously. The steps and guidelines to complete the process were also helpful and so were the staff. If you send an e-mail, the response time is quick and efficient. When I queried something, they phoned me straight away to ensure that I was happy and okay with the transactions that had occurred. There are no hidden costs or agendas. The online dashboard is so easy to use, and if you get stuck, assistance is just an e-mail away. The repayments are explained in detail. I have found my experience to be extremely positive and I would highly recommend them.

Bridgement Finance
I accepted a loan offer received via email stating that the first installment will be debited the end of January and that I could pay back once monthly. Once the loan was issued, they deducted the first payment on the 20th of December and the payment schedule states that the repayments are twice per month instead of once a month as requested.. They don't respond to emails and there is no telephone number to contact them. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
