Pathetic
Service is dismal, I ordered a book 3 days ago, and there has not been any communication confirming receipt of order. I have emailed the store, and there has not been any feedback. I have ordered from them before and the service was not bad. But now they come across as ****mers instead of a legit business. Please do not order from this book store.

Pathetic

Bad service , if you want to receive your books on time don’t ever buy from this store
I ordered my books a month back and I only received one book after enquiring I was told that they were out of stock and obviously if they had indicated on their website that it’s out of stock I would have never ordered the book ,after requesting for a refund they never responded oh and don’t even try calling cause they never pick up their phone,it’s been a month now and I’m still waiting in the meantime I’m falling behind with my academics and have tests coming up , I’ll never make the mistake of buying from this store ever again

Do not purchase anything from bright books…I repeat do not purchase anything!!!
Ordered an exam kit ebook on the 11th it’s the 21st and I haven’t received anything. They claim it will take 72 hours but nothing. I’ve sent countless emails nothing. You call the number on their website and it doesn’t exist. Now I have to go through the process of charging back through the bank and lost valuable time studying. I’ve ordered from them in the past so it’s shocking that they became ****mers. I used to recommend them in the past. How is a phone number which doesn’t exist on your website. Hopefully the banks blacklist them. I’ll contact their payment platforms to inform them of the ***** taking place.

Zero Customer Service, Deceptive Company
I issued one star because I had to make a selection, otherwise it's a negative number from me. Do not buy from this company if you value your hard earned cash. Firstly, they took 3 days to issue me with a code to access the e-book I bought. I could not access the platform which you are forced to use in order to download the book from my Macbook. They refused to give me a refund even though I could not access the actual e-book! If you enjoy supporting decent companies who care about customer service, do not bother with this one.

Great turnaround time
Received my books in Houghton Johannesburg within 7 days. great turnaround as the delay might have been the weekend. For improvement, I advise they have a look on their phone line. I was never able to get hold of them on phone. Decided to take chances and they delivered before I got worried. Message tab on the website works perfect, you get response within 2 hours.

Ordered online PDF/token product. Information as to what the next step is was not conveyed. After some time I phoned the and spoke to store manager who bluntly told me that it will come through within 72hours. So I decided to wait it out and after 72hours and no product I had to phone them again. This time Waheid provided feedback that it will be done by this afternoon. No excuse or apology... I won't be making use of them again.

Zero Assistance
My whole business account has disappeared off Brightbooks accounting package. I have been begging for urgent assistance for 3 hours and have had zero feedback. No phone numbers are available only e-mail.
