I recently downgraded from digital Cable to standard basic. I paid $78.88 for digital cable. I was told I had a $10.00 special and it expired. Also their rates had wen up I was told for basic cable. I made my decision when I called in to the billing department and spoke to someone. I was told my bill would be in $64.oo. It even said that on my papers I signed when the Brighthouse cable man took the box and everything else to complete the downgrade. I just received a bill for $76.29 and I called Customer service to see why I was still such a high bill and I downgraded. I was told the next bill will be even more like $84.00. I told her I downgraded and why is it still so high with this cheap remote also. Brighthouse never have Specials when you ask and they are over priced with lots of channels you don't want to see. They don't know how to retain their customers and No one at my place of employment have nothing good to say about them. I am definitely going to take my business elsewhere and a few other people I know that's very upset at them too. Brighthouse service SUCKS.
