Absolutely rude, threatening to hand me over to the debt collectors just because I asked who they spoke with when they didn't talk to me to make arrangements for payment. From the receptionist to the group leader, absolutely disgusting treatment, run, run, run!!! (Names are: Brandon and Jean)
