Very bad service

I had an accident in 2015 and at the start of the case this company was on top of everything and very helpfull but i take it 8 years is long i was in the accident with my brother inlaw and he also had a case running with them everything got so bad and painfull for him and waiting so long he actualy committed suicide 2 months ago seeing everything's taking so long. I'm sitting @ a difficult place @ the moment i am thinking of changing attourneys to see if it would better my case as i can not wait for them to wake up. They dont even answer the phones if you phone them. Bad service point
