They don't send they items you paid for but send much cheaper items instead for the same money.
It is with great disappointment that I regret ever dealing with this company online. You are dishonest to say the least. If someone buy certain items from a seller and that seller send other, inferior much cheaper items than the ones ordered, but still take the full payment for the original items, is plainfully ***** or theft. I browsed your website and sepcifically selected certain items (over the cheaper ones). One good thing shipping was super fast. But that it! I ordered one VSGO PROFESSIONAL lens pen set for R179, one PROFESSIONAL VSGO lens blower and some batteries. The R7 batteries is the only thing that was not changed for something else and cheaper. Instead of the VSGO PROFESSIONAL lens pen set which I paid R179 for, you send me your cheapest (R34) plastic shan yun fonkong chinese lens pen. I saw that same red and black cheapie for R34 and if I wanted it I WOULD HAVE ORDERED IT! Secondly I ordered the VSGO PROFESSIONAL lens blower for R109. Again you replaced it with an inferior cheaper model and send me the blue MINI blower that cost R60 something which I also saw but didn't order because I specifically wanted the VSGO PROFESSIONAL one. And you did this without asking or notifying me and just taking, no, *****ing the extra money I paid! This is blatantly dishonest! 2 products? Around R180 or more you just ****** ne of? Believe me I'm not going to let this slip away unheard. I am going to take this up as high as I can..If you so easily ***** R180 from every online customer, by sending them other cheaper things than they ordered, I can't imagine how much ****** money you make! First time using you and utterly disappointed. Of course I won't buy from you again and prevent others doing the same. This must be exposed and I will do it. I still can't believe gow '*****' you are! Or maybe you just take me for stupid that I won't know the difference between a R179 quality lens pen set and a cheap fonkong R34 one? Don't take me for a fool! This must be reported to the relevant authorities.

refund
I logged a return for products i bought and was asked to take them to the nearest store which i did on the 28th of November and requested a refund i have been following up requesting feedback as to when my refund will be paid back to me last week friday i phoned again and spoke to the accounts lady and was advised that my refund has been processed and will be paid out over the weekend . We are approuching another weekend and still no refund i phoned in again today and was advised the lady will phone me back i am still waiting on the call back and my refund
