They have become so bad 3 time this month without internet Feb 2023. If you call them they either don't know what's going on or you simply just don't get through to them You call then you placed in a line of callers and when you get to your turn it just dumps the call .I have phoned 10 times you can Also request a call back but you never get called back . So I must pay for something I don't receive.

No Internet since Saturday today is Monday. Incompetent staff tell you that according to them we have internet. This after we logged a call earlier Monday morning and it is now 14:00.

Here we go again Friday 13:00 and we are off again. NO INTERNET SERVICE. There seems to be no customer service for their clients. CAN NOT WORK AND KIDS MISSING ONLINE CLASSES.

I have not experienced such an arrogant bunch of people that serve their customers such a bucket load of "@^" explanations, claiming errors have been fixed. When you point out that it is not the truth they simply say that is what their system shows. When you ask to speak to a manager they put you on hold until you drop the call.

Dear Bronberg, I would like to know why you steal money from your customers after cancelation? this is now the second month after cancelation where AGAIN a debit order was taken and NO refund on both occasions, NO service, NOTHING. I would like to know when my refund will be done on both debit orders that were unlawfully taken from my account after cancelation please can someone wake up, My cancelation was done END OF MARCH!!!!!!! STOP TAKING MY MONEY !!!!!!

We have a 8 Mbps download contract with them but almost never get the download speed that we pay for. Various calls has up to now never fixed the problem. Download speed goes down to 0.5 or even less. If not for the fact that where I live on a small holding there are no other service providers I would leave.
