Bronx school bag (Furious)

I bought a school bag from Pna Nelspruit Crossing, my son only used it for 2 weeks and it already damaged. I have been advised that you can’t refund me back my money because it’s my fault. How is it my fault while you selling school bag that are not even a quality.
