Oros win an island getaway!!!!!A scam I ask

WIN AN ISLAND GETAWAY Is this a scam or what. I registered and followed the prompts as instructed.Finally was asked to upload the tillslip which I did but apparently the slip was not clear so get this message "Sorry your picture is not clear / visible enough, Would you like to try again? 1. Try again 2. No Thanks (Reply with either 1 or 2)

And I try again but at the end get the same message again??? I can send the pic of the tillslip is it as clear as the sky is blue.

Not sure what is happening here.Pls check
