Bad attitude
The lady by the cosmetics till at Browns cash and carry in Matatiele was very rude to me , she went to an extent of telling me that my card can decline as well so i must not make myself special, this was as a result of another customers declined 3 times and we asked to be assisted because the que was at stand still, her colleagues tried to apologize for her but she kept on giving that bad attitude and refused to give out her name.

Bad attitude
