Trusted Bruma Nissan with my X-trail's service for a number of years, but I think them taking on too many brands now resulted in slippy service. On my last service their none of the specific repairs I asked for, especially the rear window washer, weren't attended to, and on top of it the board under the engine came loose while I drove in the highway. The idiot of a foreman then had the audacity to blame it on my driving style, which I found out this weekend was actually the result of them never having replaced the clips needed, when it came off again this again while away, due to a pathetic repair job of just attaching it with thin cable ties, which have all cut through the board, destroying it. I now want a new engine floorboard from Bruma Nissan AND the idiot foreman to apologise in person.

I bought a Ford Everest late last month and I haven’t paid for it and yet I’m having issues with the car. It started giving me problems and wouldn’t start and I sent Lulu who was the person that sold me the car a video complaining about it. Nothing happened as she ignored it. The problems got worse on the 16th April and o called her and was told to go any nearby Ford dealer as if that’s the practise because a car has to be booked in first, I did it none the less and did not receive any help. I told Lulu again because my boot is not opening, my reverse camera is not working, my mirrors don’t open and close and the car takes a couple of times of trying to start for it to start and of course! She promised that she is working on assisting me as I ended up taking it to a battery centre Because I don’t know what was wrong with it. It was confirmed that the battery needs to be replaced, I told her about it and she promised to get back to me on the 17th April which she never did. I ended up having to cancel my vacation and lose money in the process, not to mention, disappointing my kids. I am so disappointed and ****ed off at the lack of service for issues that weren’t caused by me. I haven’t even paid the first instalment for this car and already I have issues. My collision assist is off, my steering wheel assist is off and it keeps telling me that it’s saving the battery. The car switched off once today while at a traffic light. Do you understand the danger that comes with that. I won’t even be able to go to work on Tuesday because of this issue. The dishonesty and lack of service is disheartening to say the least. I wen

I bought a second hand Q3 Audi vehicle from Nissan Bruma in April 2024. The sales person - Jason service was great when selling. My dissatisfaction is with the after sales service. I picked up that my vehicles steering wheel buttons are not working after buying the vehicle and the breaks also started making noise after a month of buying. We took my car in eventually in August, and I was told to pick up my car the following day. Only to find that they just wiped the buttons on the steering and didn't fix the problem. It's been back and forth with Jason since, he slowly took long to respond to my messages and then eventually stopped. I am really disappointed and dis-heartened because I'm paying for a car that it not completely working. I would like to just take the car back but I need a car to get around daily.

My Nissan Bruma experience with my new Omoda C5 turned sour. While I found a better price there than at another dealership, the focus on price overshadowed the importance of customer service. Despite agreeing to collect the car on Tuesday, delays ensued due to last-minute roadworthy checks. Frustrated by the long wait and lack of communication, I declined a pickup from the road worthy facility directly, insisting on the full VIP experience I'd envisioned for my first "new" car purchase. Returning that afternoon, the ordeal continued. We waited, the salesman was absent, and the sales manager's involvement didn't improve matters. Observing them rearrange cars, my excitement dwindled. The handover was a disaster too; the car was dirty, scratched, and soap stained. We were told to wait in a "VIP" lounge whilst they took the car back for inspection and cleaning, however, the long VIP lounge wait lacked even basic refreshments. Overwhelmed, I broke down in tears watching others enjoy their new car experiences, questioning my decision to even buy the car, especially from Nissan Bruma! Eventually, they cleaned the car, but the joy was gone. It was polished and presented with a bow, but I was too upset to appreciate it. This experience taught me that while price is important, how you're treated matters more. I wouldn't recommend Nissan Bruma for anyone making a significant new car purchase. I had a better experience buying a new bicycle down the road.

Good day, I trust this mail finds you well. I have concern regarding your driver with registration number DC 25 DF GP. Do you allow your driver's to drive however they wish on a road that is a speed limit of 70km p/h? One of your driver's almost hit the back of my husband and I at a red traffic light and then proceeded to almost collide with a taxi and another vehicle on the lane next to us. Not only is this negligent driving, but he endangered our lives and other's lives too. I'm not sure if his brakes are faulty, or if he is just an inconsiderate being on the road. But I find this unacceptable driving.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason Louw from Bruma Nissan in Johannesburg to purchase a car while I was situated in Durban. The service received from Jason in sales and the F&I team was absolutely amazing. We have been to a few dealerships over the last few weeks, and you guys topped all of them. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
