BST - NO Service At All.
Steven Pride of BST did not return any of my calls for a quote to install an alarm sensor. Eventually managed to get hold of him but he did not arrive on the date promised. After arranging a second date, he didn't pitch either, so I had to phone him again, and he came later that day, but I had to arrange someone to be there and wasted their day. Then he said he would email me the wrote, and never has to this day. I first contacted Steven on 7th April. Today is 10 May. So over a month to get nowhere. He now tells me I'm eating his time. Truly terrible service.
