Btee holdings is a ****ty business

I'm extremely disappointed with this company. The owner, whom I hired to drive me to my wedding, failed to show up on the day of the event. Despite paying in full, he cancelled on me at the last minute, claiming he was on his way. It's been nearly four months, and he still hasn't refunded my money. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I'm considering sharing my experience to warn others
