Great service!
Having moved around a lot with different companies, these guys were by far the best i have ever used. Very helpful and professional staff, who endured the rain to help make my move as hassle-free as possible. Thank you BTK!

Stay away.
Not worth the 1 star. They are not honest, do not have the equipment to move and pack furniture properly. They are not on time and their communication is terrible.

BTK Movers insurance is a scamsters and they damage furniture in transit!!!
Stay away! I should have read the review on their so called insurance! My furniture got damaged in transit! Their so called insurance is a scam! Ashley keeps calling you untill payment is made, but when you report damages, he ignores email claims! Their truck is appalling, the condition of the blankets they used, not even the homeless would want it! They stuff your belongings in their truck with no proper padding or protective covers! I reported, with photos, the damages incurred, but Ashley, the scamster that he is, just ignores it! But I will show him, I will not let this scamster get away with it!

Everything was perfect. From the consultant that called me to the service delivery team that came to move my furniture. I was very impressed with the level of service. Keep it up guys.

BTK Movers - Worst Customer Experience Ever!
Worst customer experience ever! I was very disappointed and frustrated with BTK Movers. I made a booking for them to move my furniture and other belongings on 1 Dec 2019. We agreed on 7 am, the driver only arrived at 8pm! No one called to tell me they were running late, I had to call them multiple times before I was told they were experiencing issues. I kept calling and would not be given a straight answer and one person called and said they were finding an alternative however this did not materialize. Thereafter whenever I called, the phones would either go to voicemail or just be left unanswered. I honestly found this unprofessional and unacceptable, I waited over 12 hours! I still have not even received a courtesy call from their customer service or owner to apologise for this!

Worst customer experience ever! I was very disappointed and frustrated with BTK Movers. I made a booking for them to move my furniture and other belongings on 1 Dec 2019. Fantastic service on time and great staff. I have used them twice already and I take my hat off to the team. They were so considerate about not messing the furniture. Amazing awesome service. Thank you and I will gladly recommend them.
