Wow, I never write reviews cause It's just not something I like doing, But I have to be honest and say that Budget Banners is world class. With regards to communication, updates & given a very short lead time, they seriously have hit the ball out the park every time for me. Brilliant staff members, extremely helpful and sincere. And a big shout out to Mackdonald. You're saving lives!

The quality of the product and workmanship is very bad. Upon collecting my gazebo we picked up issues checking it, they had to repair stitching in 2 places(on a new product). The one staff member shook his head at other staff members for not doing it properly which left a bad taste in my mouth. Anyway I took the Gazebo knowing that this is gonna be a battle. Third weekend setting up the gazebo I had issues with missing *****s in one of the cross sections and couldn't use it. Budget banners had the couriers pick it up...fixed it and sent it back. About 2 weeks ago I set up the Gazebo and the wind pulled out one of the spikes and bent the frame and broke the gazebo, IMO this was not the products fault BUT a few of my friends who witnessed the event said that its impossible for something to snap this easy... not being in the mood to argue I took it in for repairs and paid for it. From the first setup I realized something was wrong with the gazebo being saggy... the top part of the frame was not pushing against the cover right at the top section. They said they wanted pictures of the inside of the gazebo(I sent pics from the outside). So i said ok I will take pictures when I set it up on Saturday..... Saturday comes, I set it up Bam!!! One of the cross sections snap in half. I immediately I take a pic and email them to please have it picked up. I get a mail today saying I have to pay courier fees and for the repairs. Ridiculous to be honest. I do not recommend them to anyone, inferior workmanship and low quality product.

Complete Scam!!!! Do yourself a favor and don't even bother calling these clowns. They do not deserve a star at all. This (business) if you can call it that has zero customer service they take your money and then lie and cheat their way around providing a service. I paid them 10k to do a job, it has taken them over two weeks to try and get the job right! I was ordered to bring my gazebo, table and x frames into the store so they could measure my items to fit. I left everything with them and provided all my own high res images for them to print. After a few days I had to call them to find out what was happening and I was told they had no staff to do the job so I would have to wait. After waiting for ages and leaving messages for Nadia or Zainab to call me back (which they never did) I went to the store no less than 14 times costing me over R700 in petrol not to mention time. To see what was going on with the job. The gazebo images were all scew and looked like a quilted blanket with stitching hanging off all over the place.The side walls were about half a meter too long and folded over so my logo was not visible. The decals I had made where unreadable, the business cards where all different sizes and my logo had been cut off the top and contact details not legible, the x frame banners were not cut to size so now bend the frames. I had an event that weekend so had to take this garbage to said event where I was being photographed for a national magazine and my business now looks like garbage. I returned everything on the Monday and demanded it get re done and explained very clearly that I had an event in Paarl Thursday,Friday,Saturday and Sunday and I needed everything ready for collection NO LATER than Wednesday 1pm. I arrived promptly at 1pm to collect my belongings that had now been paid in full and was told by Nadia the (manager) who I had dealt with directly that she took the day off and had instructed Zainab to have my goods ready but she forgot. I have now lost my spot at said event and Budget banners has cost me over 70K in lost business. When I arrived today to collect my items I was told that they were not going to give me the decals as I had approved the artwork and it is not their problem. YES I NOT ONLY APPROVED THE ARTWORK I SUPPLIED IT!!!! Budget banners destroyed the artwork as they do not know how to measure or stitch! or read a print ready document. I was then told I need to pay them MORE money as they had measured incorrectly and had printed on a larger surface than anticipated and are now demanding R2886.00 for a table cloth that does not even fit the table in the first place. I have demanded to speak with Shane the senior manager but am told he is never in. I demanded Peter Stam's number the owner but am told no one knows how to get hold of him. I finally found an email address for him and have sent no less that 9 emails to him with no reply.I asked that the least they could do for the money they have cost me in time, petrol and loss of revenue is provide me with the the already printed items as I could use them as a banner and was told by Nadia that this is not an option and by Zainab that it had already been destroyed. (LIARS) CAUTION!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE JOKERS!!!!!

Not even sure where one can start with this company https://budgetbanners.co.za/ 1 star its a lot. Budget Banners they promise quick delivery turnaround on their website however that's a lie. Placed order online and I was told printing will be done from Woodstock (Cape Town) that tine I had already paid. I wanted to use their JHB branch as I'm also in Gauteng and I went with this company based on their reviews on their website which claim FAST TURNAROUND TIME. October 19, 2020 (Monday) I made a 100% payment to place an order #17393 which was placed. October 20, 2020 (Tuesday) I sent them an email to check their lead time as I needed to update my client as to when they should expect their banners. October 21, 2020 (Wednesday) I get a response from Nadia saying, "I will follow up on the layout for you and confirm the delivery date once layout is finalized." Same day I get an e-mail from Sholto & McDonalds I was told to approve artwork before printing, and I did approve same day artwork which I had sent to them. Mid-Day I received an e-mail from Nadia responding to my e-mail for lead time and now she says “Please be advised that we need 3 days from payment and approval for order completion and 2 days for shipping from Cape Town to JHB. Your order will only be delivered to you next Monday once samples are approved timelessly October 23, 2020 (Friday) I send them an e-mail to confirm if we still good for delivery on Monday based on their previous e-mail. At 3:09 PM I receive a response from Nadia “the order to be with you in JHB on Tuesday” 3:37 PM – Nadia says “can you sign off the colour and we can sort this out for you by Monday so you can have your order by Tuesday”. Mind you this was already approved on the 21st of October (Wednesday) now its Friday you want another approval. What are we approving again? I had client breathing on my neck waiting for delivery on Thursday 22 October. October 26, 2020 (Monday) 10:20 AM an e-mail from Nadia “Have you finalized colours?” It’s a new week and Nadia from Budget Banners wants me to approve artwork which was approved last week Wednesday. At this time I had already told client they will receive their banners on Monday as Nadia had stipulated 5 days ago. October 27, 2020 (Tuesday) On this day I had already lied to my client several times based on Budget Banners fast turnaround time, based on e-mail which had committed itself to Monday. Same day client says if you don’t submit this by 14:30pm please don’t send it and you will not be paid for this job as you’ve missed deadlines. Now this day had a lot of eventful disasters from Budget banners to the courier company that they use. Courier company says there’s Discrepancy with dimensions and there's more money that needs to be paid however Budget banners are not willing to pay for the extra weight and they want the banners to be sent back to depo to have them measured again. When I spoke to their courier co. that they use I am told if the banner goes back to the depo I will only receive it on the 28th October 2020. On the phone Nadia tells me they are working on the case and I will receive banners, since I couldn’t trust her word anymore, I did my investigations called the courier co again found out that Nadia had ordered for the banners to go back to the depo. The same call Nadia says to me “OH YOU SOUND LIKE A MAN”. Not only did I have delays from Nadia and Budget Banners now I had insults coming out of her mouth. 3:19pm I sent them an e-mail Nadia & Mcdonalds I'm quite aware that you wanted to send the banners back the courier guy which meant I would have gotten the banners tomorrow on the 29th then yet again I stood to lose the money I paid for banners. Your issue with your courier co. had nothing to do with me but unfortunately because you’ve put my name in disrepute then I had 0 choice but to pay for this and get it delivered to my client. Had I not paid I would have missed yet another deadline and client said if they don’t have it today then they don’t want it. I already paid Budget Banners from my own pocket. 15:12pm still no banners with me. I ended up paying extra cash to have client’s banners released from their courier’s. Client received their banners @ 17:21pm and my client was not happy. I then lost clients trust + the job I was supposed to get for branding stationery & clothing which these jobs were depending on me delivering on time. I’m GATVOL with https://budgetbanners.co.za/ now they don’t want to refund the extra money I paid to release my goods. I lost the job because of lies from this company. According to Nadia they will not re-pay as I couldn’t wait for good to go back to the depo and wait for yet another day!!! BUDGET BANNERS GOEDKOOP KOOP IS DUUR KOOP.

After all the effort and goes on that I am promised every day to be invoiced. I am at a point of explode. Can you kindly follow up on this matter please.

No service ethics. We get promised for the past 3 weeks... They don't deserve a star at all.. Nadia is a Convincing liar day by day.. We suggest you close your non operational operation.
