<p>I have a bright yellow ZARA jacket which had a paw print on the back of which had to be dry cleaned. It has been dry cleaned before & had no problem. So on the 24th May I handed the jacket in at the Canal Walk Klinomat branch and was told to collect the jacket the following day after 6pm, which I did and they were closed. I left for JHB the following Thursday morning so my mom went to collect it for me at 9am when they opened and was told to go to the Parklands Budget branch to collect the jacket, which she ended up doing as I needed it for the weekend in JHB.. The jacked is ruined.. It was once bright yellow and is now a dirty miffy stained yellow colour. When I called to query it I was told that it is ZARA manufacturing fault. I was told that they never finished cleaning it properly as they weren't told when it was going to be collected. The guy said I must bring the jacket back to him when I returned so that he could have a look at it. So last week Monday the 30th June I took the jacket back to the Parklands branch. He told me he would have a look at it & speak to the owner or whatever & get back to me. I have heard nothing.. Sa****ay I happened to be at Canal Walk so I went to the branch there to ask them what is happening and low and behold there is my jacket hanging there.. I have a look at it and nothing has been done to it, so I left it there.. I now called the Parklands branch and this guy tells me that I must contact Zara and inform them that it is their problem and that he ran the jacket through the system again.. And that they always have problems with Zara clothing. And that it could be the way I wear it ???? When I asked him for the name and number of the Store owner or Area manager he refused to give it to me. Told me that I must go to the Canal Walk store and if I'm not happy I must phone him again. So now now only have I paid R120 for dry cleaning, I have also driven to and from the Canal Walk store 4 times and the Parklands store twice.. AND I have a ruined jacket.. He said that they would send the jacked to their Pretoria lab for testing but if it came back that the jacket is faulty not them I would be liable for the testing costs of R4500.00 !!!! So off again I go to Canal Walk branch.. </p>

Good day<br> <br> I stayed in Margate Durban Krizaan 2 in December 2014 for almost 5 nights for the week of new years, no one was at the unit to do a check list on all things in the unit, we never broke any of there things,its now almost a month that I have been running around from one person to another for my refund of R1000,they are not professional at all and do not give a damn about there customers, you pay them all the money they make you run to the owner of the unit to pay you back, I mean really...Please do not use them for accommodation. I still don't have my refund and I feel I just needed to let other people know, bad service and just everything about them. Will never use them again ever...
