Sars

Hi I have a challenge with SARS last they garnished my salary an amount of R2500 till now and it's gonna month end August .they said Iate submission and penalties .Great I understood. I submitted everything to them from 2014 to 2023.i waited for the outcome Then an agent from SARS called to say I need to submit the IRP 5 FOR 2017.i did explain that I was not working during the tax year of 2016 and 2017 .they said I must upload an affidavit stating that I was not working of which I did .Another called to say SARS has an amount that they must pay me back but they will hold it until I submit the IRP 5 FOR 2016 _2017 I EXPLAINED that I was not working and I don't have the IRP 5 Ffor 2017 . I booked an appointment on the 29th April 2024 I went in the agent explained that it's their mistake and department of Finance that this can be fixed .I'm frustrated and I need a remission and make an arrangement to lower my monthly installment I cannot get help I'm struggling to pay my other debts .please assist
