'Build the Bed' - trying to make excuses not to pay

Build the bed owner Zane, had a lady order an aircon for fitment at their home office, they duly paid their deposit and the aircon was fitted, a day later the owner requested to see me as he said the outside unit (condensor) was making more noise than his other installed Samsung unit, i duly sent my head technician back to see if their was a problem, the unit was fine and within the specifications in terms of (db) noise. I then offered two options, either we relocate the unit slightly further away to mitigate noise or i collected the unit as he was unhappy and refund his deposit. He insisted i should come to the house and this being my busiest time i said i would rather just refund him and allow him to use another product/supplier, to date he is refusing to pay and is not communicating his desire for a refund either.
