***** ALERT - THIS **** BUSINESS IS ****.
This is ***** operation, look on google streetview for the addresses listed, none of the addresses are Builders Merchant. There is one person that can be contacted, a filthy ***** by the name of Vincent. I contacted the shipper they told me they used and found out that Builder Merchant don't exist on their system.

Excellent Service
I donated garden furniture to an NGO and made contact with Vincent from Builders Merchant. He organized everything and ensured that delivery was arranged with the NGO. The recipients were incredibly happy with product and the service. Thanks Vincent and team

Excellent Service

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE - WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH EVER!
Paid for delivery of 6m3 filling sand 6 weeks ago!! Sand delivered and signed for at wrong address even though I sent my address and the exact google maps pin. Tried to enquire about the delivery and was told I need to speak to person who signed for the sand to discuss ways to get the sand moved, even though I have no idea of who these people are. I was continuously promised delivery, but nothing happened. Due to urgency of needing the sand, I sourced the sand that I needed elsewhere. I asked this company to arrange a refund but they said they needed to obtain funds from the person who received the sand first. Nothing is happening, still waiting for refund 6 weeks after sand was delivered to wrong place. No apologies given except excuses. Cannot get in contact with a manager or the owner to complain. My advice, never use these people no matter what!

Builders Merchant - doesn't deliver what you pay for
We ordered material which they said they had, they then delivered the wrong material and refused to fix the issue. Completely dishonest. They claim to have offices in Jhb and Durban but they are a false front. There is only one phone number which works and it leads to someone called Vincent. avoid at all costs.

Highly recommended, would use again.
Great service and good prices. Ordered 50sqm roll on lawn and 2 cubic meters of organic compost and it was delivered next day, with delivery updates provided by WhatsApp. They have really great compost!!!
