I had a shock when I saw my water consumption up from 3 - 5 k litres to 13 k litres. I called Outsurance immediately to do a leak detection. The contractor came out dedected the leak. The consultant said the company can only do it the next day. I mentioned that we are pensioners and cannot be without water. Well, they then arranged for a different contractor to come out within the hour. I was very happy , the paving was done the following day due to the extreme rainy weather .

Good day, there was a water leek in one of the flats and apparently it came out from the wrong toilet bathroom and ended up in another bathroom but the crazy thing about this claim was it was over R106k with 3 weeks in a bed and breakfast. Mr Fre was the owner of the top flat and beneath him Miss Cross claim this over excess amount of money when it was just his toilet and Mr Fre had it fix because he has the invoices to prove it. The funny thing is that Mr Tukkie knows that it was fix as well. We have ask for the insurance company which happened 2/ 3 years ago but they changed it and the owners are complaining bitterly about there fees to the insurance company. We are in a sectional title and the manager agents have been refusing to give out information but if you ask perhaps they will give into you. Mr Cross faceted her proxy’s with the management and became chairlady when no one wanted her at all. We have ask her to step down with 28 signatures but she refuses. She is now spending endless monies on projects and not hearing out owners and she busy packing and running, building up her flat again with owners and Southport materials so she can sell her flat. So where ever she buys again she it do the same. If need be.
