BULL does not react to alarms:FALSE SECURITY

After 3 alarms at my house the last 2 months, Bull made no attempt to react in any matter. They are supposed to phone myself or my wife immediately, upon any alarm via radio TX, or to visit the premises if no contact was made, as we pay R450 per month for No reaction.my cctv shows no reaction at my adress for the last series of alarms. This is unacceptable in this country with its high crime rate and they are not cheap. This is BS!
