Refusing to send otp if you bring your own finance

****py dealership. They dont allow you to come with your own finance, they want to drown you in high interest rate so the bank can pay them DIC for financing through them, they don’t care how high the interest rate is. They refused to send me an OTP for a whole week in order for me to send to my finance provider. They keep trying to apply for finance on my behalf and making duplicates in the process. Destroying my credit score while they at it. 2 dodgy salesmen, Ernest and Vaughn
