Bad survice regarding Cancelation

Good day all I would not recommend this lodge. I cancelled my booking on the 6th of November and till today i have not received the refund. They keep ons saying payment will be made thursday tomorrow will be the 3th Thursday an still no paymenet. I cant get to speak to the owner, manager or even the finance my i only get to deal with the receptionist. And i want my money
