I am so impressed with this company. My thatch roof was giving me so many sleepless nights and they have solved all my problems and added value to my home with these tiles. Pieter is worth his weight in gold, he was so patience with us while we waited to get our finances in order. The job was done to absolute perfection. The team is polite and work incredibly hard. Even to the smallest details this company surprised me. A small pot plant of mine was broken during the process and they immediately reimbursed me for the damage without me even asking. That type of attention to detail and customer satisfaction is hard to come by. They also fixed my sliding gate that was struggling to open, just because they realized it just needed a little grinding to open properly again. They were well priced in the market and definitely on the cheaper side between all the quotations we gathered. The product and the other materials used are premium and not ******* substitutes. This roof will definitely outlive me so I won't be needing your services again (which is a good thing), but I'd like to give you this great review to show my gratitude for a job well done.
