Worst quality product ever!

Fortunately, I opted to collect my order and sent my driver to fetch it for me so I got "something" for my money. Not just ghost treatment like the other posts here. Unfortunately what I have received was nothing short of absolute s****. It looks like its a 20-year-old piece of second-hand furniture. The paint is cracked and it's chipped and scuffed all over. The item was going to be properly wrapped by the factory. The wrapping was an absolute joke and offered ZERO protection. Now I have to repair and re-finish the whole thing. Nice birthday present for my daughter you absolute assholes!
