Disappointed again
I tried to use burble pic again as they really have decent products but again am disappointed. Their customer service is non existent and I waited nearly two full months for my books to be printed without any indication of when it might be printed or delivered. Every time I phone I was passed around to different people. My books have always taken longer than the promised turn around time.

Disappointed again
I tried to use burble pic again as they really have decent products but again am disappointed. Their customer service is non existent and I waited nearly two full months for my books to be printed without any indication of when it might be printed or delivered. Every time I phone I was passed around to different people. My books have always taken longer than the promised turn around time.

RUDEST accounts department I have ever experienced. The lady shouted at me over the phone after I asked for simple clarification on what I need to pay. I have never been treated as poorly by a company that is supposed to offer a service.

Editing app is difficult to use and organise and they have no customer service
Although their printing quality is decent their online editing app is difficult to use. As a graphic designer and photographer there is no order to organising the albums if you are wanting to produce more than one photo book. They were also unwilling to do a batch sipping for me as it is "too confusing" and I had to pay three times for shipping to the same location at the same time.

Won't use again, ignores customer service
Ordered our wedding album and another on the same day. Waited nearly 3 and a half weeks, after mailing them it was suddenly 'shipped' only came another a week after that. One if the albums has white and yellow edges and blank pages in the middle. I have used the program before and have made other albums before and now suddenly 'I don't know how to make an album' I have mailed them on this regard, mail after mail and no reply. Sending an upsetting mail and being told they will get back to me by that day 4pm, weeks later and I still haven't got a reply. Would rather use Canvas and More as they do the same functions, their service has always been excellent and our products reach us within the time frame they give us.

I purchased vouchers on One Day Only for Burblepix diaries and calendars only to find out that you cannot use more than one voucher per order. I have tried to contact the company via email at least 5 times with absolutely no response. My vouchers expire in a month and I have spent over R1000 on something that I cannot use. I am totally livid over this situation. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SPECIALS USING THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS.

Worst Service Ever
I was assured I would recieve delivery within a week. 2 weeks later I had to contact them to push for delivery. The first diary was delivered but had to wait another 2 days for the second. The consultant Damien was very apologetic and professional at this point but the fact that I had to go to a Christmas party without a gift due to late delivery remains the same. To make matters worse the one diary has a typo on it. This typo was definitely not present in the preview design I created. I emailed Damien and recieved no reply. I also emailed the manager Ryan eager to resolve the problem and also zero reply. Poor Service and Poor Quality. Products look super cute but they are not worth the mission.
