Burgersfort Wireless Solutions - Are they thieves?

After moving away from Burgersfort, Burgersfort Wireless Solutions offered to buy our equipment back that they installed 12 months ago. A price was agreed upon and no money was paid into our bank account. It is now 4 months later and we still have not received a cent. After numerous phone calls, they are now saying that they will not pay the agreed upon price for the equipment. After asking for the equipment back, I was told that I cannot have it back. So no money, no equipment... it sounds like theft to me.
