Kamp area is daar werk wat gedoen moet word voel die gras kan water kry daar is net te veel los gras wat jy ooral indra en dan die badkamers die stort is baie onprakties klein stortkop wat nie gestel kan word nie so jy staan en moet die water probeer oor jou liggaam kry. Die swem geriewe en speel area vir die kinders is pragtig en daar is meer as genoeg om kinders besig te hou. Die bestuur is baie vriendelik en behulpsaam.

Bad service from Management
<p>Emails from Bush n Buck Owner Louise says "don’t tell me how to run my business", "So the fault is actually yours and not mine" "I am on leave and will not be able to refund your payment until Monday. I am vety sorry. Louise" ( Notice the spelling ) these emails goes on and on. I paid the Monday and email n proof of payment , by Wednesday after sending 2 emails, I have still not received confirmation . I called and was advised "I Lost my booking" no I didn’t lose it, you never booked it. So as I was unhappy with the service , I emailed Louise the owner again , she will only pay back my deposit n week later when she is back. Today is Monday, I have still not received my deposit , she won’t speak to me on the phone, she relays messages back and forth.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will NEVER recommend anyone to visit Bush n Buck .</p> <p> </p> <p>And after everything , she knew it was my Husbands Birthday and that I Had do find other accommodation for the weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>Louise, I have never met you before, but your customer service is worse than most grocery store.</p> <p>I received this email on the 02nd of June 2016 , after I posted my original complaint, I Quote : "</p> <p>YOU MUST JUST REMEMBER THAT WHAT YOU DO UNTO OTHERS WILL COME TO YOU IN 7 FOLD.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Louise Hopkins</p> <p>Manager, Bush ’n Buck Private Game Farm</p> <p>Mobile: (+27) 0827724747</p> <p>Fax: (+27) 0862389577</p> <p>Email: info@bushnbuck.co.za</p> <p>Web: www.bushnbuck.co.za"</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
