Missing items

Absolutely disgusted in Busy corner Athlone . I placed a online order with busy corner on the 2nd May .I received the order Friday the 3rd May 2024 . I usually buy at busy corner my monthly meat and I order online because it saves me time ..I work moday to Saturday and I'm only off on a Sunday so I found this to be so convenient and never really had issues up untill November 2023 when I called them to inform them that 1 item wasn't received which was a burger mix pack . the lady said she would direct me to the online manager I spoke to the online manager she said "she saw the burger mix being packed "she basically imp**** I **** because I told her I didn't receive it ,it wasn't in the box ..I was obviously put off by her telling me she saw it and they know they packed it and didn't feel like the back and forth so I left it at that ..fast forward I gave them another chance and placed a order with them now on the 2nd May 2024 after a few months ,AGAIN the same thing the burger mix was missing .I called them to tell them AGAIN they said the would transfer my call to the online manager I told her I received everything besides the burger mix and this is the 2nd time .she said AGAIN that she saw it being packed at this point I was extremely annoyed because this isn't the first time and she just happens to magically be around everytime they package my order .She said she will get her manager to call me back ..a Male called me back he said four people saw them package the burger mix ..so what shoudl happen now ,i told him he should tell me what must happen he is the manager I'm the customer I explained to him that this is the seccond time it's happening and hes basically telling me I'm lying and why would I spend over a thousand rand and then lie about a burger mix of R130 .He asked who was home to receive the order i told him i was at work and my 86year old grandmother was home but when they delivered I called her immediately and asked her what was in the box and she mentioned all items besides the burger mix so I know they didnt deliver it ..to which he responded "oh so it wasn't you ,you weren't at home when they delivered" I'm not sure what that is suppose to mean if he is implying that my 86year old grandmother stole a burger mix ,but their customer service is appalling to say the least .They definitely lost me as a customer .I am shocked that this is happening a second time and there repsonse is always 4people saw it being packaged,they are such a bsuy pkace but conveniently wjhen a person calls and complains everybody saw this and that and remembers each and every order .I was starting to get extremely frustrated and could see that this man wasn't going to be very helpful I told him its fine im not going to go nack and forth with him and ended the call .
