Pick n Pay poorest service to a loyal customer

Bought a Goldi 5kg Mixed portion, I only realised that it had a whole at the bottom when I tried to make lunch for my after school, went to pick n Pay for a refund, the floor manager on duty referred me to a teller at kiosk, she did not give me a chance to explain, all she said was frozen goods are refundable within 15 minutes! Now how the hell was I supposed to know that, while I was still shopping? Pick n Pay Busy Corner Mall STOP taking us black people for s..t. Please read your T&C on frozen products.
