Samsung Buy & Get seems to be a **** - think twice
The Samsung BUY & GET promotion is a total farce. We purchased our qualifying product on 02/01/204 after which I followed the registration and redemption steps as per the pamphlet. After if's, but's and only's regarding my telephonic registration, I ended up e-mailing my relevant information on more than one occasion. I followed up earlier this week and once again forwarded all of my relevant information. No reply .............. still waiting. This leaves a bad taste in the mouth and unfortunately also reflects very, very poorly on Samsung for partnering with Buy & Get in the fist place. People, think twice before jumping on this so-called "promo". If we had waited another two weeks, we could have bought our product for R4,000.00 less instead of basically "buying" make-believe vouchers which we have, to date, not received.

Poor Service handling affairs for a reputable brand
Really disappointed with the BuyandGet Team. I have bought 2 samsung products which qualified for vouchers from certain retailers. I decided to opt for the Dischem vouchers as this was the most beneficial to me. I was unable to get my vouchers online, and I raised this with the BuyandGet team, who also informed me that I was not the only client having this issue. I was advised they would raise this the IT team. Only to get feedback 2 months later stating they sorry there is nothing they can do. Which is really unfair when a company has technical glitches, as a consumer we have to take the fall? Till today , I cannot get hold of any senior at the BuyandGet team cause they always supposedly in meetings

Poor Service handling affairs for a reputable brand
Really disappointed with the BuyandGet Team. I have bought 2 samsung products which qualified for vouchers from certain retailers. Keep sending me pill...
Keep sending me pillar to post with the buy and get voucher and when I call they tell me they can't find my details and they keep saying they are escalating the issue and call me back but nothing happens, very bad experience for me I would advise people to walk a separate way from them.

I bought a fridge in november and got R6000 worth of vouchers over a 12 month period.my march voucher did not work.i have sent 13 emails and waiting 3 weeks and no one has sorted my issue out.i have asked for a managers email over 4 times and they just ignore my emails and send a flippen dum auto response email.this is such pathetic sick service from a brand like samsung.

SAMSUNG BUY and GET promotion is false advertising coupled with poor service
In December I bought a fridge attached to a Buy and Get promotion, they gave me R6000 to buy something at their online store, I must say this to me were the reason for buying the fridge... When I went onto the online store the item I was looking for were not available to purchase, Samsung told me to wait stock is coming in the new year, so I did just that. When the stock finally arrived, I tried to use my voucher, at first it did not work, so I phoned and emailed Samsung, the promotions team did not even bother to come back to me, I phoned twice a day for the last week and a half to get a response and even demanded to speak to the manager in charge, I got the response he is in a meeting or not in the office, needless to say he did not try to phone me back. Eventually when I phoned again, one of the technicians pointed me to another site URL where my coupon worked, so it applied the discount at last. Now I wanted to pay the difference, they accept credit and debit card, tried both and it kept on failing, phone Samsung again, then the told me hold on and try in a hours time, did this repeatedly with no luck. I phoned my back and they never received any online instruction from Samsung. Of course Samsung pointed out that the problem is with my bank... Wrote a mail again, the Samsung team gave me this answer : Good day Thank you for contacting Samsung Promotions. Kindly note that your query has been received and feedback will be communicated soon. Kind regards, Samsung Promotions Team So I did not get a response, this morning I tried to make payment again, the item was removed by Samsung from my cart, and now it say there is no stock of the item, they will let me know when it arrives. This is not fishy at all, all I can say is that I wish I did not buy this Samsung item on their buy and get promotion, I think it is false advertising and they do not have stock of the item I am looking for. This and their absolute poor service to customers is shocking, I am done phoning and emailing SAMSUNG, they are just ignoring their customers and the issues they create for themselves. Best steer clear of any of their promotions and false advertising.
