Love the chilled vibe of the place.
The music is great and the baconings burger is heavenly . Perfect bun size,moist patty and well packed with goodness. I wish the space was as big as the Linden shop. It’s a bit uncomfortable being in such a small space during a pandemic. You can sit outside but you need to keep your valuables close. The service was great and i’ll be sure to keep going back for the delicious burgers. Hope they get a better fridge because the drinks could be colder.

BuyOut criminal activity
Criminal activity: I ordered VR controllers and have not received my order or any communication despite reaching out. I ordered pre-lockdown and understood it would take some time but by now I am sure I am not getting my product. Please beware!

Criminal activity
Do not buy from this website. They are thieves pure and simple. No delivery of product paid for over a month ago despite numerous emails and try and get hold of them. Fraud and criminal activity.

STAY AWAY!
So BuyOut unilaterally cancelled my order last week after I complained. Apparently they refunded me (I have not yet received this refund but have been told it takes a few days so let's see...). It seems if you complain about them, they just cancel your order and then refuse to deal with you any longer - they are VERY GOOD AT IGNORING YOU. I have sent an email EVERY DAY this week following up on why my order was cancelled and explaining to them that I did not cancel this and I still expect delivery of my package. You cannot just ignore someone and hope they go away. This is exceptionally BAD business. I have never ever dealt with a company like this in my life and I would highly recommend that no one else does. Again - STAY AWAY!!!!

BuyOut - NOT Recommended
I placed an order at the beginning of lockdown. I understood that I would have to wait for regulations to be lifted before delivery could take place. Delivery was scheduled to take place today (12 June 2020). I had to follow up on my order. Delivery was not made because I did not answer my phone (I did not miss a single call so this call was clearly not received). On following up (at around 12pm), I was told that deliveries no longer take place after 12. I explained that I have waited a long time for delivery and it was not my fault that no one called me. The drivers did not even try deliver to my address. I asked if they could send someone to deliver but this wasn't going to happen. I then offered to drive to the warehouse (at least a 45 min drive from my location) myself to collect my package but the superiors of Buyout were unable to accommodate me. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend doing business with this company. I've waited weeks for my package and who knows how long I will again have to wait...

STAY AWAY - this is a complete online scam
An absolute scam, just as many other reviewers have commented. Do yourself a favour and stay away from a world of empty promises and having your money stolen by these scam artists. All promises and NO delivery whatsoever. They should be ashamed of themselves. I lost in excess of ZAR7000.

An absolute scam, just as many other reviewers have commented. Do yourself a favour and stay away from a world of empty promises and having your money stolen by these scam artists. All promises and NO delivery whatsoever. They should be ashamed of themselves. I lost in excess of ZAR7000.

Scam artists. This website just steals your money. We bought some adidas shoes and asked for the best delivery option. To date we have been promised a refund and still have not received this. Gilbert Gobiye the owner of the company has personally promised a refund but just lies.
