I was amazed at how quickly and professionally the problem from my printer was resolved. I couldn't afford to stop printing for a long time until the machine gets fixed cause I have quite a number of orders coming in. Everything was handled promptly by this efficient staff. Thank you AM.

Stay away from these people.
I bought a printer and a vinyl cutter from AM/Advanced machinery and received hateful service. I posted a review under their other company AM, and am now getting threatened with legal action by April because i posted the story of what they did to me. This is why they have great reviews because they trade under hundreds or different names and threaten people who give bad reviews. She claims I have never done business with them, then suddenly threatens to make all of my call recordings with them public, because I'm 'making up lies" apparently
