Furniture Removal ( relocation from Gauteng’s to Cspe Town)
Their service is one notch from pathetic, George of Buzz Movers (not sure if his the owner or not) was to lazy to get off his backside and get a local agent tocome and assess the load to be moved. He re**** on photos sent him. First we booked well in advance with the move date of 9 December 2023, on 8 December he sends through a mail stating his truck was stuck in Port Elizabeth due to bad weather, we have family there so we contacted them and they told us the weather was fine, lie No1. Now the move date is the 11 December 2023, on 10 December another email arrives that the move date is now shifted to 12 December 2023. When the truck finally arrived it was a sub contractor, Buzz Movers stated that there would be 8 staff to do the packing and wrapping with bubble wrap, 2 people arrived no packets no bubble wrap, lie No2. Eventually three other guys arrived to help pack, they packed my sons house first (he is their client) and the proceeded to pack our stuff from the cottage and my wood working workshop, which George was well aware off because he had the photos. Then the shock of all shocks is sprung on us the truck is full and the can’t load the balance of my work shop. So the balance of my work shop is still in Johannesburg, I want to know when I’m going to get my stuff, we had a contact with him to move us he did not perform suitably Pathetic service all round most of the time my son try to get hold of George he would not respond to emails or accept phone calls. Please do not use this company they are totally unreliable, pathetic service, boxes that were marked very fragile were destroyed, furniture was damaged, what does George care, absolutely disgusting typical South African business.
