Failure to deliver what was promised

By word of mouth had organized my baby shower and failed to deliver what they promised, when they came out to my house to view my venue they say all these wonderful things, but did they deliver what they promised, NO! The food was the worst, a complete disaster! Very disappointed in the service we had received!
