Car repairs taking too long

My car with registration number HKD263EC was booked in for repairs at C & G Bodyworks towards the end of May after it was involved in an accident that happened on 25 April 2015. My car has been at C&G Bodyworks premises till now and I feel like repairing my car is not treated as a matter of urgency since the insurance is not paying for damages. The reason I'm saying that is because each an every time I'm calling about the progress on my car's repairs I'm asked if I'm COD one. It's been 3months now and I still don't have a car. Please help me.
