No cliental
I see why this restaurant is always quiet at Clearwater.. The food there is great people are missing out because the customers service there is so bad ooh my word I can’t believe how they treat clients at this restaurant we had to leave because all the waitress were scatted in groups and didn’t care about who’s there or not, I feel bad about the owner his business his going down because they employed people who don’t care

Pathetic Service from waitress .....attempts to double charge the bill
I sat with my family at the Cafe Rousseau at clearwater mall. The service received was extremely unprofessional. The waitress ignored us and we had to beg to receive our bill. When the bill came the waitress took our payment and attempted to double debit the amount on the bill. We had to open the banking app to show that we had made the payment and our account was debited....the manager was called over as the mschine refused to process the payment again ...after 5 minutes of remonstrating the manager finally agreed that the payment had indeed gone through....this after having slip printouts strewn across our table... is this how Cafe Rousse treat their customers... that experience will make it extremely difficult to consider Cafe rousse over jessicas and other like establishments in the mall.

Pathetic
This was without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had. A summary of the experience? - the waitress spilled the drink across my mother in law - she was a trainee, only there for a week. Nobody helped her clean up, - the manager never came to apologize or check on us. When we complained to him, he said he was doing a stock take an didn't know. He still did nothing to assist. - the mushroom omlette ordered came without mushrooms - the food took 40 minutes to come out There was absolutely NO compensation, no apologies, just an explanation from her that she's new. She was shaking and near tears and still she had no support, the manager still did not check on the table.

Complain
Waitress was point, however the food was not nice, we asked for fried fish n we got grill fish and it was not nice. Reported the matter to the manager however it was waste of time. Oooh because he's white and we are black. We always eat at Cafe Rousse but today was the worst day, we regret 😡

Waitress was point, however the food was not nice, we asked for fried fish n we got grill fish and it was not nice. Reported the matter to the manager however it was waste of time. Oooh because he's white and we are black. We always eat at Cafe Rousse but today was the worst day, we regret 😡

Me and my wife did go on Sunday 17 July for supper to the Clearwater Mall branch We each did order a rare rump steak after waiting for more than half an hour The waiter did not visit us after serving us. The manger did visit our table and I did complain about the stake. It was overcooked and full of black bitter spots. I am sure the grill was not clean. My wife’s stake was one big piece of fat and she did not eat it. The manager said that he will investigate but did not come back to us. This was our first visit and definitely our last visit to this restaurant Regards

Waiter & Manager & Food - Totally Disgusting
Went to lunch on Sunday thinking this place is better.(WRONG!}. Arrived waited for a waiter 10 minutes, when he arrived was not friendly, but Arrogant. Tried to ask about items on menu, and got a Dumb Stare!. Food came cold, Powder chips, & Onion rings Not cooked! Called waiter, did not care. Ordered Hunters Gold - "This was Fermented" Send back and ordered a Jack Daniels - "Given normal Whiskey instead" Tried to explain to the Uncaring manager that JD is a Bourbon & not a Whiskey. All I got was a stupid look?? This is the Worst Service, Food & Restaurant, I wish we did not go there! They do not care a Damn,
