Pathetic Service - Lying to Patrons
On Saturday eve 12/3/16 at 19:00 I called to place an order and was told it will take 30-45 mins to get done, and be ready for collection. I got to the store at 19:40 and paid, after which the lady told me it will take another 10-15 mins to get done, I was surprised and unhappy, which she sensed, and said she would try to speed things up. I asked after the dealy and she said it was because they were busy. Fair enough, but then you need to be honest with your patrons regarding how long their orders will be. Ten mins later I asked again if it was ready and she tells me AGAIN that it will be another 20-15 mins. Now quite angry I asked why there was another delay and all the lady said to m was that my order will take another 10-15mins. I asked for it to be cancelled, she said I couldn't cos the order had already been prepared. Now quite furious I explained to her that I had a 4MTH old in my car waiting for her feed. ten mins later again I asked where my order was and the lady says its in the oven. ONLY THEN did I see the guy prep my pizza and put it into the oven. The lady lied tome more than once, and had neither the courtesy to apologise or to be honest with me. PATHETIC! LIARS!
