Electricity outage

The South hills lifestyle estate is always not having electricity. It's only been 2 months since we are in this place but we've encountered so many blackouts. I am even thinking that they build that place on low budget , poor workman's ship too. I am not happy at all with this. Since the 11th we don't have electricity and City Power has been saying that they are coming too. Calgro is just mom
