Booking cancelations

I had to cancel my booking with CALL FIRST EVENTS, firstly they don’t come back to you, and secondly I paid more deposit that requested.

When I cancelled the booking they guy Paul was not very helpful, he just made up an amount to cancel the booking.

I have paid a deposit of 2000 and was only refunded an amount of 1400.

When I investigated the actual quote did not specify any booking cancelations or gave any information about it.

So they just take of any amount no formal procedure.
