Extremely Poor Service and Faulty Product – Still No Response
I am deeply disappointed by the service I’ve received regarding a refund request for a pair of shoes I purchased just over a month ago. The shoes tore on only my second wear, which is completely unacceptable for a new product. I have sent multiple emails to your customer service team with no response. I even followed up by calling your call centre, where I was told the agent was busy and asked to provide my order number so they could look into my email. Despite doing so, I have still not received any feedback. Your team continues to ignore my query and has shown no effort to resolve the issue. This level of disregard for a customer complaint is unacceptable. I am left with a defective product and no support. I expect better.

No accountability for defect goods
Bought a call it spring shoe from runwaysale,the shoe came apart after the first use. Definitely seems like a manufacturing defect or issue. I complained to Call it spring as it's their brand and instead they said they can't do anything about it. Shocking that no accountability is taken for their brand and a show they produce. They asked me to take it up with Runwaysale but my point is they aren't the manufacturer they just a reseller.

Good Quality
Wow Call It Spring is definitely the girl she thinks she is. Ordered Call It Spring sneakers from Superbalist and the quality blew me off. The shoes are drop dead gorgeous and the quality looks and feels absolutely impeccable. Im thoroughly impressed with my first purchase from them

Good Quality

Unfair treatment
I'm not happy how my return/refund was handled. You can't just use your discretion as far as money is concerned. My rights were not cared for. Your orders are delivered within certain working days but my refund dates are calculated anyhow. I need that R100 that I worked hard for and your shoes are big cuts. Besides anything your business or company was closed for some days during festive. Had I requested it be collected how were you going to do it. Please stop taking your consumers for a ride.

Long lead times and poor customer service
I bought a pair of shoes I had seen online from Call It Spring after seeing them on Instagram. The size was not a right fit, so after 2 days, I requested a change of size. Shoes I had sent to them in December 19th of 2022, I got them back on the 30th of January 2023....pathetic service and lead times. I had to be the one who kept on calling them to find out about my shoes as if that was not enough, I requested for a refund, only then did they send me the shoes........mind you, I wanted a refund because I had replaced them and bought other shoes to attend the event I wanted to go for I was not happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pathetic Service Online
I placed an order via the online website on the 2 Jan with payment being made. I log in to my account today only to see that the order has been canceled. No communication was sent to me notifying me of such, no reason has been provided and no refund has been made. Absolutely pathetic service.

**** quality, do not buy.
Extremely disappointed in these shoes!!! It's been two days of wearing them and they are worn down, sole is coming loose, material is cracking. DO NOT BUY!! Vegan shoes? Good for the environment? These shoes are ending up on the landfill.
