Tired of waiting for things that never come

I ordered and paid 2 orders last year November there were a lot of stories everytime why products dit not come and and and new videos are being posted every now and again about new products and and I received a message on messenger stating emails will be sent out you must confirm everything them you will receive your products from last year I am tired of waiting It was my first online purchase and I did not receive anything I have moved for my previous adres I also informed them about this long before we moved still no product has been delivered I was really interested in this product now I am sceptic to purchase anything online ever again I want my product and demand some sort of exscuse and product or some sort of anything as to why I have to wait so long for a product that just never comes
