Callouts' word means nothing - they can't produce invoices for services paid for !

I actually do not want to give this company any rating! I made use of their services and the nurse did well. However, I have asked and begged for invoices to be able to claim back from my medical aid. Since 2 July 2021, I have submitted to them all the necessary documentation they required over and over, via whatsapp and via email. I have been promised invoices again and again and this time I have been primised invoices by Friday 23r or latest Moonday 26th July 2021. Still no invoices leaving me unable to claim from my medical aid. Their word is not their honor and I wonder why they are unable to produce invoices for services paid for already - something does not seem right here - maybe they should be investigated by SARS. For this reason I will never make use of their services again. I must now carry the cost from my pocket as they refuse to issue me with invoices for the purpose to claim from my medical aid - that is such bad service and in my view, dishonest.ssssssss
