Calvin Klein Gateway Mall is a ****!!! My experience was not only difficult but felt intentionally deceptive. The store’s official return policy, clearly stipulated on my receipt, states that a refund is permitted provided specific conditions are met. I have reviewed these requirements carefully, and my return "ticks all the boxes"—the item is in the required condition and within the allowed timeframe. Despite this, I was told by staff that the store "does not do refunds." It is incredibly ***** to print a policy on a legal proof of purchase and then flatly refuse to honor it in person. This contradictory behavior is unprofessional and, frankly, looks like a bad-faith business practice. To make matters worse, I was not the only one; another customer behind me was equally furious for the same reason. Seeing multiple customers struggling to have basic rights honored is a terrible look for this brand. I am also going to report this to the necessary consumer protection bodies.

Terrible service from a high end brand. I’m just disappointed and personally will not be shopping anything from there again. I wish I could return everything I have from there. It’s just amazing that on their floor they have T-shirts with make up and foundation all over the neck and when I try to return a tshirt that hasn’t been worn and still with a tag that just on little dirty and they can’t expect the return. What will I do with a T-shirt that won’t fit that was R1200. It will stay there until my daughter can fit in it. Yooh even Woolies and other high end shops wouldn’t do this nonsense.

I am utterly disappointed in the service I got from Calvin Klein in Sandton City. I bought underwear from the store and when I washed it after the first wear I noticed a hole in one of the underwear. I reported the matter and contacted the head office where i was told that they are not willing to help me because they don’t take worn or washed items, i returned these items 10days after purchase and they refused to address the matter after ignoring my emails for some days. They do not care about their customers , this is not how you treat paying customers.

Here’s why I urge others to steer clear of this store: 1. Timeline of Failures: - 15 March: Purchased sneakers as a gift. - 17 March: Received the gift, but the size did not fit. - 19 March: Contacted the store to request an exchange, only to be told the correct size was unavailable. The staff member I spoke to lacked product knowledge and seemed utterly clueless. - 21 March First Store Visit: I went to the store in person and was assisted by a different advisor who found the correct size in a different color and assured me I could exchange the original pair. 2. Bait-and-Switch Hassle: - 25 March: Returned to the store with the original sneakers, only to be met by the same *********** staff member I’d spoken to earlier. She insisted the size I needed was “in Sandton,” despite the sneakers physically being on the shelf (which I had to point out myself!). - I was told I need to pay R100 for courier to have the correct pair shipped from Sandton, yet the store refused to take back the ill-fitting sneakers or offer a refund. Instead, they issued a vague voucher” and promised delivery in 2–3 days. 3. Zero Communication & Broken Promises: - 1 April onwards: No updates despite multiple follow-up calls. Staff repeatedly claimed they were “still checking” and failed to return calls. - When pressed, they blamed “delays” and **refused to provide a tracking number**, claiming it was impossible to locate my package. - Confusion & Incompetence: Each call connected me to a different employee who knew nothing about my case. One even admitted they had “no record” of the issue! 4. Final Straw: - My holiday outfit was ruined due to their negligence. They set unrealistic expectations, wasted my time and money, and showed no remorse or urgency to resolve the issue. Conclusion: Calvin Klein Gateway Umhlanga lacks basic customer service standards. I read that Superbalist is owned by Blank Canvas company. What a *******!! I bought branded underwear Calvin Klein at Superbalist and after a few weeka its falling apart. Is it **** brands or what?? Calvin Klein underwear doesnt come cheap. R1500 minimum a pack. I bought half price but thats even not cheap. My underwear from other cheaper brands even lasts longer. I thought to buy it as a treat for myself but hell no.

I read that Superbalist is owned by Blank Canvas company. What a *******!! I bought branded underwear Calvin Klein at Superbalist and after a few weeka its falling apart. Is it **** brands or what?? I bought a t-shirt on the 25th of November that was on the normal price and chose the item from the floor with a different size that was not displayed on the floor, okay I went back to the store 2days after I realised that it was having stains at the back,a white t-shirt with stains like I can't buy something and washing it not knowing if the stains will go away Or not.when I got there I found a guy who helped me with the Ibt from another store and he said it's going to take a week.i never received any calls from the store to update me instead I went to them and their manager gave me attitude and telling me about the no refund which i didn't say I want.i was willing to swap with something that they have instead the manager told me that it's not their fault that the Ibt is not done yet after 8days of no feedback from them.like he even stopped me from talking by telling me that I should wait for him to finish up assisting another customer as if I found them talking while the other customer found me there.like I'm really hurt to see a Guy with so much ego to customers.The Lady who assisted me in the first place she was a darling but the end is not nice.

I have never been so disappointed I always by underwear from Calvin Klien but this time around it has failed me. When I received my first package that was from the store at Jhb when I open the pack of three and used the one all was in order then waited for the othe package as I ordered two items that was delivered at different times. Then when I had to wear the second thong it was ripped in front by the elastic band side. And as I used them only used them once they are starting to loose their thread and there’s elastics coming out from the sides. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed as I never experienced a problem with their underwear

Good day my Sister Vuyelwa bought a t-shirt on the 12/02/2022 , she wore it and spilled something on the t-shirt which caused a stain . when she tried to wash the t-shirt the writing on the t-shirt peeled off . on the 16/02/2022 she returned the T-shirt n the store for refund/exchange but was told it would be sent to the assessors . the assessment came back to say it is not the manufactures fault that it peeled off and would not be refunded . but how is it her fault if she washed it and it just came off . now the excuse is that she worn the t-shirt . yes she did but now when she washes it . the writing peeled of and this is the fault of the manufactures
